An automated system to accurately measure volume in glass bottles and jars. Measurement of fill height and volume requires accuracy and repeatability. However it is a tedious task when conducted manually. By combining an infeed conveyor and Epson robot to automate product handling, in conjunction with an accurate measurement system, we have developed a highly efficient measuring platform.
